How should I prepare for an estimate?

1. Please determine the colors to be used on all areas. You can go to your local paint store and view the available color choices or we can provide color consultations to help finalize colors.
2. Please determine the sheens to be used on all areas. Normally we prefer low-sheen or satin on the body and trim, with semi-gloss on the doors.
3. Will any doors be painted?
4. What is the desired completion date for the painting? We book all jobs in the order of signed contracts.

What will the estimate package include?

1. The estimate package is simple to read with a job outline included. You will know what to expect once we are on the job.
2. Job liability insurance is included on your project. You are protected.
3. A written warranty with our contract policies. There is no guessing needed.

Which brands of paint do you use?

We prefer to use Sherwin-Williams premium paint on our projects because of their outstanding quality and support. However, we also have a long-term relationship with suppliers such as Dunn-Edwards, Benjamin-Moore, and all other paint brands. We would be happy to discuss the pros and cons of each.

How long will my home take to paint?

Your job will be carefully calculated to determine the time length needed, and will be listed in the estimate.

How far out would my start date be?

Our schedule is constantly changing. We book jobs on a first come – first served basis. If you choose to work with us, email a signed contact or call our office, and we will schedule the next possible start date for you.

Are your workers properly trained?

Yes, we consistently train our team and review and adapt all procedures to provide the best, most efficient service at a fair price.

Tell me about your warranty?

We include a 6 year limited warranty. Our warranty covers our workmanship and product applications. Paint products are under the manufactures warranty. We are not responsible for any area or surface that is exposed to more than a reasonable amount of moisture, water intrusion, ground movement, neglect, underlying or pre-exisitng conditions.

Did you really paint at the Google facility?

Yes, we painted the original Google startup facility in Mountain View, CA. After completeing our contract on their main facility, Robert- owner, was asked to paint the first Google sign in their famous multiple colored scheme.
