Your Estimate Will Include
1. Careful measurement of all areas to be painted to determine exactly what it will take to successfully complete a top quality job on your home.
2. A thorough surface inspection of all areas to be painted to determine proper preparation steps, materials needed, job sullpies, equipment and man hours projected for this job.
3. Pictures of problem areas emailed to you if you live out of the Lake Almanor area.
4. Detailed and easy to read but still comprehensive estimate package that also includes all materials needed, supplies, labor, tools, equipment, job site liability insurance, worker's compensation and a written warranty on our workmanship. We provide everything from start to finish!
5. We will send an estimate to you promptly and then it is in your hands! Call our office if you have any questions or when you would like to schedule a start date. All jobs are scheduled on a first come first serve basis.
Consider The Following Before An Estimate
A. The color and sheen to be used on the main structure, ie. walls and overhangs.
B. The color and sheen to be used on the trim work and facias.
C. The color and sheen to be used as an accent, if desired.
D. Are doors to be refinished and, if so, what color?
E. Do the decks need to be cleaned and recoated?
F. The time frame in which you would like the work completed.
